Any misalignment or neck/back pain can cause a headache...as well as stress or tension.

In some cases, pain from the neck radiates through the head causing us to feel more head aches. As soon as the neck pain stops headache also is gone. Neck pain can be lessen through the use of neck pillow. While sleeping we tend move to different sleeping position. It is best put some support on the head and neck. My friend uses a posture brace to reduce the pain from her neck.

Back pain and neck pain can worsen headaches. They can even make for migraines.

I go to massage therapy each week for this... :(

Also, good posture is important for many reasons - this included! Your head, among the rest of your body, with thank you many times over for it!!

possibly, yes. Or at least that's the case for me most of the time.
