Question: Gauge help on ma ear????????

well i gauged ma ear wayyyy to fast so now its all fat and hard well im at 0 so i went to a @ imma slowly go down so ma ear could heal is tht a good idea? and should i put A&D or holey butter or jaboba oil or wht?
