How long does it take for concussion headaches and symptoms to go away?!

I went off a snowboard jump monday night (4 days ago) and my board slipped so my face slammed directly into the snow, it was a pretty hard hit but it didn't knock me out, I was just really confused for a minute after. It also messed my face up pretty bad. I never went to the doctor because they can't really do anything for a concussion right? And how long does it take for the headaches to go away? Tylenol doesn't help much and bright lights make them worse and come on more. I also seem to get pretty confused and tired at night and I feel irritated a lot. How long before all this stops? I'm 15, idk if that matters or not?
