Question: What's wrong me, I feel horrible?

I have diarrhea, vomiting, fever, headache, stomach pains, and sometimes I get the chills. It was really bad this morning. I had 8 bowel movements and thrown up 4 times within 4 hours, but since then I've calmed down. Only thrown up twice and diarrhea twice, but nothing in the last few hours. Is this anything serious? I've taken pepto and been drinking gatorade/water. I'm planning to take some NyQuil pills later on.

It sound like the flu. Stay away from others as much as possible. Drink plenty of clear liquids, get sleep.

maybe before you medicate yourself you should see the doctor or call up a health line and tell them your symptoms so you can get the right diagnose and take the right medication.

heaps of things say to NOT try and find whats wrong with you on the internet because youll often treat it wrong

You may not know this but some people go to uni to learn about these things they are called doctors
