I took 3 co-dydramol at once and im 12 is that bad ? any side affects ?!

(First of all if you should know i am a muslim 12 year old) ive been very depressed lately, my first boyfriend broke up with me over the phone and he never even did it he got his friends to do it and you want to know why becuase im not allowed to hang out and go out with my friends and he got sick of it and i understand becuase were not moving forward but it hurt so much and its not even my fault ITS MY MUM AND DADS !!!, im not that popular in school im owkaii and this depresses me, i have to stay in the house for 3 more years with my parents atleest untill im 14/15 while all the other girls can i cant even go to my friends house becuase of my mum and dad they dont allow me and trust me all the advice you will give and they wont even change their minds trust me, andtoday my brother came home and he went straight to his room and he called me he had blood all over his face and purple eyes and hes hiding it from my mom becuase he got rushes you see and if my mum found out she wouldnt let him go out at all and he really scared me he looks really bad and ive been crying so much becuase i love him like my brother obv and im worried about him and i keep praying for him and i know sooner or later my mum and dad will find out. I want to tell my mum and dad they would know what to do but i cant i promised my brother and i cry every night. Last night at around 23:00 i took 3 co-dydramols and i took 3 more today at 20:00 and i cry all lot every single ******* night and i envy the popular girls at my school and it makes me cry becuase im not popular like them and they are allowed to go out its so embarrasing that i cant and i always have to make excuses so that it doesnt seem like i have **** horrible parents, they wont even let me go out with my cousins or stay at their houses for the night and i dont know what to do this the most shitiest start to the year and i know its just going to get worse !!!
