Does anyone have any good or bad words to say about our NHS?
my gran 91 years old is in hospital at the moment and i could not fault her care they are really looking after her. i know lots of people who have had bad experiences in hospital. sometimes its nice to know that there is some good stories sometimes.

I was a nurse for 11 years and I think that the majority of staff try to do the best they can under very difficult circumstances. Its very frustrating when you dont have the equipment or resources to do the job that you love. However, I do think that the government could help by offering more funds and more support for the medical and nursing staff that work so hard to keep the system working.
