Kidneys filter the toxins from your body and if you drink far too much caffeine and/or alcohol your kidneys will suffer and cause you servere pain and discomfort. Water helps the kidneys to function better by flushing out the systems and better getting rid of the toxins instead of it building up in your system!!
Drink at least 8 pints of water a day!!
Caffeine is horrible for your kidneys. So just where is your kidney area? Most people don't actually know. It could be something else.
Your kidneys do not like coffee at night.
Try green tea.

maybe you should ask a doctor or stop drinking coffee
