Question: I touched a light club socket with my finger whilst it was switched on and got a electric shock. question.?

I was stupid and forgot to turn the switch off and touched my finger against the socket after I'd taken the bulb out and got an electric shock, I pulled my finger away immediately.

I'm feeling a little anxious about it.

Could it have done damage to my heart or anything

You will be OK but you might perhaps feel a bit shaky and strange for a few hours.
