Why does my hand have a slight consistant ache?
What can I do to stop the ache? I have had it off and on just for a few seconds for a few days.

Sorry when I said hand I meant my arm. Also it's a pain that has a slight 1 2 3 a little pain like an ache then it'll stop for a little while.

Welcome to getting older, sleeping on it wrong, pay backs for a past injury, over using it, etc.
I would not worry about it since it has only been a couple days. Take some ibuprofen, let it rest, and don't worry so much!
