Oh yeah it is a Speedo ultra back 1 piece so it will not slip off easily.

She is no too thrilled about having it cut off, But I think that it will have to be. Or I could just take her to the ER and see what they would do.

Honestly, if you want to get it off of her without cauing ANY pain at all... Get the scissors and cut it off. She might not like the idea, but then propose the thought that if you pull it off her it will hurt bad.
When she finally agrees to letting you cut it off of her, lather her up with aloe vera and have her drink plenty of water to rehydrate herself. A warm bath with baking soda will also help.
Do NOT use oil of any kind -- anyone who tells you otherwise is stupid.
