Lower back pain due to bad lifting..?!

Question: Lower back pain due to bad lifting..?
How can I fix it?
I tried lifting with my legs but it's impossible when the things you're moving are shaped "retardedly" and weigh more than a fat b|tch

When muscle tissue tenses and shortens, it causes more muscle fibres than
are required for good posture to contract at the same time.

Consequently these muscle fibres are working over-time and therefore are
shortening the muscle, which in turn limits the range of movement of the
muscle.

In addition because the muscle is shorter it must contract a lot more to
do the same quantity of work as a relaxed, longer muscle.

As a result of the muscle having to work even harder, lactic acid builds
up quicker within the muscle and this causes muscle fatigue and pain.

The solution to this problem is straightforward! I have discovered some exercises for
lower back pain relief and they release the tension and decrease the pain.
