I think my doctor made a mistake....?
I went to the emergency room with migrane headaches, nausea, dizziness and fainting spells. The doctors did a CT and then a spinal tap. The doctor that started the spinal tap did not numb me well, then he stuck the needle in my spine and moved it around alot. He said that he couldn't get anything and asked the nurse to call in another doctor. He told me that the other doctor was his boss. His boss put the needle in twice and moved it around alot while I was crying in pain. I heard him say "OOO, not there", then he pulled the needle out and stuck it again. After they were finished, they told me that everything was negative and that they could now give me pain medicine. Well, that was about four days ago, since then, I have had severe back pain that has kept me awake all night, it is unbearable to sit, stand, or even walk. I have pain shooting down my left arm and I am just worse then when I went in. What could have happened?
