Why am i experiencing pain in the inside part of my elbow. do i have golfers elb!

Question: Why am i experiencing pain in the inside part of my elbow. do i have golfers elbow?

I have a short arm cast covering my thumb b/c of broken wrist. My forearm inside elbow and inside of the top my arm hurt. Does this have anything todo w/my cast or shud I get it looked at. It hurts to twist arm or lift.
