Question: Why do I have this horrible headache?
I woke up this morning with a terrible headache. It is all over my head. I am not cringing at the sight of lights or at the sound of noise, but I don't exactly like it either. It hurts to inhale through my nose. This sweet girl suggested that I go to urgent care, or the ER, but I an American and I have no medical insurance. What do you think is wrong? Should I go to urgent care?

Sounds like a migraine. Usually, they'll give you a dose of painkiller and tell you to try to sleep it off. If you have prescription painkiller at home, take ONE dose, and lie down in a cool, quiet room. Use earplugs and an eye mask, if necessary, and possibly put a cool damp washcloth on your forehead.
Migraines generally won't kill you, you just wish they would.
could just be a migraine if it continues try a free place or just go to the er they gotta see you insurance or not :)
