Well if it is to some girls, they're not the kind of girls you need to be involved with. A decent person will see beyond any ailments you may have. After all, we all have something that may be viewed as a turnoff to others.

Its harder on you than the girl. The only concern girls may have is the hereditary factor and your ability to provide for the family in the future.
