Is there anything that I can take for muscle pain?!


Question: Is there anything that I can take for muscle pain?
I've been working out hard since yesterday and yesterday I did it with my trainer today I went by myself cause she wasn't available , and every since this morning I could barley move cause of muscle pain in my legs, and also im so out of shape I figure this will go on for a while anyway. I think it will probably get more intense to cause im mostly doing it with a trainer but some on my own.

You need an anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen. This can be bought over the counter and you do not need a prescription. Exercise caution though if you suffer with asthma or upset stomachs a lot.



the best you can do if not mining like smelling like an elderly person. the most pain full but best for the pain condition is stretching the night an next day, It will hurt just as bad or worse but you should fell better b next evening.

try tiger balm as well, hat work too. remember a PT is there to help o achieve your Personal goals. that first week n a half will b like this. after that, your daily pain will eventually subside



when I get this kind of problem I use this chinese med call Tiger Balm...its some balm that relieves the strain of muscles and it has some heat to chill the pain...:I u can just try go to the pharmacy and ask them for the meds...they even have some in pills...

When I was chilling at the pharmacy....:P



Massage the legs. Walk out the lactic acid. Make sure you have enough fluid. Take a paracetamol and you'll be better in three days.
Just think of how much good it must be doing you!
