That is very strange. Have you tried sleeping in different positions? Sometimes, the body can stay in one position for a certain amount of time sleeping, and due to muscle strain, or a weird position, it will wake you up simply to change positions. It's weird, I know, but it's common. Do you have any trains, or other distractions that may be reoccuring at that time of night? Maybe a neighbor arriving home from work and beeping their car alarm on? You may not hear it (because it's only one beep), but it may wake you every night.
You can try things like warm milk, melatonin, or a cassia seed pillow (Google it- they're GREAT), as herbal remedies, but I'd also suggest changing your position drastically- maybe prop a pillow between your legs if you sleep on your side.
