my friend says that his left chest is bigger than right and also he feels some type of pain on his left chest. what will be the problem?

BOY, if he is like that all the time, does he use his left arm alot, putting stress on muscles? It could be anything... enlarged heart, high blood pressure leading to a fatal Heart Attack!!! Ask the proffessionals if he's in pain don't wait...
