i heard from a magazine that if we are using headphone for more than 4hours daily it could lead to damage of ear drums or your earring capacity weakens!!! So please kindly refrain from sticking to headphone for longer time.
but i think you'll be fine as log as you don't listen to it loudly so yh

It is diffcult to quantify what 'normal volume' is because music is not static and it can be quiet and then reach a crescendo. If music reaches a crescendo frequently then you will be exposed to a lot of noise for quite a long time and over time that will have an impact. If you attend a music venue and find your ears ringing afterwards for several hours then you will be aware that loud noise does cause a problem. As long as it is for short periods then you can recover, but continuous exposure does affect hearing.

Yes it can . . you should liken it to working on a noisy jobsite hour after hour. The noise is concentrated and just keeps banging away. Especially todays music with thumpand base lines and synthsized sharp resonating sounds . . .You really should not use them on a regular basis.

Probably not - but 'normal' volume can increase with use - if they're used to 'drown out' ambient sounds they can cause damage without you being aware of it or even thinking they're too loud.
