What lower back injury does this sound like, should I wait?!

Question: What lower back injury does this sound like, should I wait?
My family is veering me in the direction to wait this out. Some times I can't even move , turn on the sofa. I just hurt my back yesterday, last night. I was working, and I guess I bent over to place water bottles onto a palette. Repetitively, my guess is that was related as my lower back is sore, swallen. Cases of 24, then I was pushing carts, running around, twisting, turning my back, sweeping the lot, picking up trash, filling milk in diary, cleaning up messes, etc etc...

When I got home and sat down on the couch, I couldn't stand, I felt pain, I stand most the time I work.I do kneel on occasion, sit on a cement curve when I find the time. It feels like its in my waste, the sides, and my lower back waste area. Waist...

It really always feels strained, jello, but when I try to stand some times I just collaspe to the floor.
It's on and off, some times I can stand, but other times when I've been sitting for a while it's very difficult and painful to stand up , at all, even hunched over and make my way to the bathroom...It hurst to bend over too.

At times I am almost hopeless, I can't even be comfortable just laying down no matter how I shift myself.

Your family is probably afraid of the bills. You should definitely not wait this out. I am not a doctor, but the sitting on cement put me on the track of cold creeping up to your kidneys. I have known several people to develop kidney inflammation, followed by inflammation of the pelvis if left untreated. It is potentially life-threatening. If I am right, you will probably need anti-biotics at the very least.

Seeing a family doctor may cost some money, but this thing I am talking about does not normally go away by itself, and if left untreated, become very bad indeed, which will cost a lot more. If you take action right now, you might be able to avoid hospitalization. Just think of those bills when you talk to your family.

ok, here's how it goes. you have a misaligned vertebra at the top of your neck. it is pinching some of the nerve fibers in the spinal cord which passes through it, leading to various muscles and organs, etc. in your body, causing them to not function properly to some degree, relatively proportionate to the severity of the interference to them. in the case of interference to muscles, this causes them to weaken and elongate. this, in turn, causes the bones they attach to to misalign and fixate to some extent. this condition is always present, even though you may not have much or any discomfort most of the time. now for your current situation. using neurogenically weak muscles are likely to get irritated easily, and your low back fixated misalignments make you prone to ligament sprain, since some of your muscles aren't supporting your back, nor allowing it to move adequately. this causes uneven stress on discs, tending to make them get inflamed, bulge and get damaged. the symptoms from coughing are due to the momentarily increased pressure around your irritated disc(s). the solution-correct your upper neck misalignment. see an hio method upper cervical specific chiropractor. i would not have anyone do anything to your low back for two reasons. first, as i just explained, the cause of your problem is not there, it is in your upper neck. second, it is already very irritated there. any force applied there will likely make it worse.
