Feeling tired, lazy, no energy, can't be bothered to move or do anything?!
Question: Feeling tired, lazy, no energy, can't be bothered to move or do anything?
I finished school on thursday for half term. I've had two full days off and so far I have done nothing but sit on my computer. The last 2 days I have felt really tired and exhausted and I have very little energy or enthusiasm. I have literally just sat on my computer chair all day and done nothing since. I can't be bothered to do anything and when someone in my family says to do something I just say 'I will do it later' and it ends up being about half an hour later!!
I have planned to do loads of work each day of the holiday but nothing has been done so far. I was also dedicated and determined to do lots of exercise such as go on runs but I have done none of it.
I just feel so lazy and I don't know why. This is not normal for me... it has only happened in the last 2 days. I thought it may have been depression but I think I am happy with everything and my life has been really good in the last 6 months. What do you think is wrong and what can I do about it?

Well, if you're a girl you might have "iron deficiency anemia." It's very common for females, it can also happen to males with an uneven diet or one that lacks meat. You might wanna check that out by taking a blood test.
I sometimes feel like that lazy just want to watch TV but what I do is run
