Question: Why do I tear up when I sleep?
Sometimes when I'm going to bed ny eyes can get really watery although im not mad or sad or anything. I just start to tear up..

Before you go to bed have you been reading a book, or on the computer? (eyestrain) Funny as it sounds, could you possibly have an allergy to your pillow case, and or sheets, (like a detergent you washed them in?)
