I twisted my ankle. How many days should I rest it b4 I reconvene with my exercise routine?


Answers:

Depends how bad you twisted it. Use ice several times a day to prevent any swelling. Once your ankle feels "back to normal" start your exercise routine. However, even when it feels normal again it is still somewhat weaker and much more susceptible to twisting again. You may want to put a brace on it when you exercise to add some strength/support once you start back. If it ever starts to feel weak then stop.
