What the heck.?

Well today I have pooped three solid poops. And about 5 minutes ago, I pooped solidly. Then two minutes ago I had diarrhea. What is going on?

Sounds like something didn't agree with your system. Relax and take it easy. Also the word to use is bowel movement or BM for short.
