Stomach ache?
i have had this really bad pain in my lower abdomen it hurts near the belly button and it hurts in the middle under my belly button a bit on the right it doesn't really hurt it feels quite heavy and sore my constipation has gone away i have diarhea but its not that bad i drink lots of water my muscles ache a bit i have no vomiting a bit of nausea i have no loss of apetite and no fever. i went to the doctors they cheked my urine and said thats its could be a urine infection and they gave me antibiotics but it still hurts a bit not as bad as it was though

First of all, the area that you are describing is nowhere near your stomach. It sounds quite feasible that you have a UTI or kidney infection, but I would be curious to know is your doctor checked your urine for sediment or signs of a kidney stone. The only other thing that I can think of is appendicitis, but it's more common to have a fever associated with that.
If things don't improve with you in the next three days, you need to go back to your doctor. Keep drinking that water, and steer clear of salty and high-sodium foods.
