Question: Upper back pain since a week after jumping rope?
Ok I have this really sharp pain I jump or bend and move my neck upwards . And it hasn't been any better since and no doctors till two weeks since the place I am don't have any .

Its probably coz you using muscles you dont usr very often and over working it, you need to relax til it feels better before doing more or you prob could add more stress to it
