Uncomfortable legs/feet/fingers?
Often especially in evening when i'm just watching tv ill get this feeling in my legs/feet and fingers where i just have to keep stretching like an urge. Ill keep trying to crack fingers or have to stretch my toes for hours...anyone know what this is?

It could be Restless Leg Syndrome, though I'm not sure about the fingers.
