Question: I got up quickly from a chair and was " seeing stars ". What causes this ?

It has happened before when i got hurt, this was just getting up quickly from a chair, I started seeing stars all around me. What is this ?

could be a case to where your circulation is not very good and it takes a minute for the blood to flow back into the brain.
