Pain in hands from massaging?
I get a lot of pain in my hands when i give someone a massage which is a major problem for me because i want to be a massage therapist since it is a good option for me after i was in a car accident.
Is it that i have carpal tunnel syndrome ? how would i know if thats what i have.
Is there a way to numb the pain in my hands or strengthen them
what % of massaging is hands anyways?

Jason, you might want to get some tiger balm and message it into your hands it helps, also soaking them into epsom salts in warm water helps, if you have cts you can go online and get exercises for it. it takes alot of your hands to massage, if you get a squeeze ball you can execise them. hope it helps
