Why is it that I can't sleep without resting my head on my arm?
Is it abnormal that I cannot fall asleep without laying on my side with my head on my arm, usually waking up in the middle of the night with a dead arm.

nothing can be abnormal when it comes to sleeping positons. evryone finds different things comfortable, so dont worry about it, thats just hat you find the most comfortable.
