How long should I stay in a cast after geting one screw put in my ankle?
Ok I have now had my cast on for a total of 3 weeks and 2 days. I want to know how long should I stay in a cast, when I can start to walk when my cast comes off, and when I can run and play sports again.
I only have one small screw in my ankle

Like Andee said. You can call your doc and find out. They should be scheduling your for an appointment to remove the cast. When the cast comes off, ask a lot of questions about rehab. How long, what exercises, etc.
Basically ask them what you just asked us.
A friend of mine broke his ankle, had three screws put in. It took quite a while before he was comfortable applying his full weight on it.
