Question: Neck pain???????????
Why do I have neck pain? I was swinging my head around(a way I excersise my neck) then it started hurting. I think its probably just I pulled a muscle, but is it blood vessel?

most likely you have muscle spasms. It is very unlikely to be a blood vessels if it was a vessel must be a major blood vessel you would have been gone by now. Your age is not indicated it could also be a disease called cervical spondylosis check with your doctor if your age falls in the above 30/40yrs
It does sound like you have pulled a muscle, you need to use a cold pack to reduce any swelling. If you have done anything to a blood vessel it won't show you any pain as you described
