I have tennis elbow and dr is going to give me a cortisone?!

I have tennis elbow and dr is going to give me a cortisone?

will it treat just the elbow or other aches and pains as well
thanks


Answers:

cortisone injections are usually straight into the the joint, i think they are usually done to target a specific pain.

If you are wary, just ask your GP to explain the effects.
