Why does my lower back hurt when walking?!
Question: Why does my lower back hurt when walking?
We have got a dog now and I take her for walks and here recently when I go for a walk for exercise my lower back tightens up. When Im on the walk and I sit down for a minute it goes away then I get up and start again. On my normal day to day work activities my back is just fine, its only when I go exercise. Can anyone give me some suggestions on what to help with this?

My first thought is your shoes! I don't know if you have good ones, but that is the first place I would look for your problem. Go to a good athletic shoe store and ask for help to properly fit a running shoe.
