Anyone know what it means when your nipples hurt reallly bad?
my nipples are really sensitive and hurt real bad out of no where. they are also a bit red. I have no idea why this is. They have no been messed with by anyone or anything. they hurt bad though and have been for the last two days? plz help

It is possible that there could be a change going on in your body. It could be part of you being on menstrual cycle and that part of the cycle where aches and pains may occurred. But to be on safe side..go see your DR and explain what is going on with you.
