Why is it that my nose bleeds when ever i work hard?
My nose bleeds when ever i work hard like last summer when i was laying down a couple hundred pound threshold in the seering heat my nose bled. im only 13 so its kinda werd.

You are kind of young for this- but you might want to get your parents to have you tested for diabetes or high blood pressure. Both can cause what you've seen.
