Hands and feet 'fall asleep' very easily and often?
My hands and feet go numb very easily, espically my finger tips, it's not really painful, just annoying. I work in construction with my hands all day, and it can limit what I can do. And sometimes I will have very very painful cramps in my hands, to the point where I can not move my fingers at all, they just like lock in place. My dad has diabites (spelling?) and he complains of numbness in his feet for years. Can anyone tell me how serious this is, and what I can do?
I am 22, and besides smoking 2 packs a day, am in pretty good health

hard as it may seem quit smoking because this is making it worse. I think you ave Buerger's Disease. please see your doctor.
