Help I'm Male and have a swollen nipple?

I am now 14. It started in 7th grade with the left one being sore. Then it got swollen. Later my right nipple hurt and got swollen. About a month later my left one went down and stopped hurting. I then thought oh the right one will do the same thing. It has been almost 2 years now since my right one has been swollen! Please tell me what it is and what to do for it and don't just say: go to the doctor.

It's a condition called gynocomastia. This problem may plague you for the next few years due to hormonal imbalances during puberty. The condition should clear up around the age of 18, if not before. Most likely a doctor will tell you to wait and see if it clears on it's own after puberty, otherwise surgery is the only true solution.
