Too many sit-ups? I have ab pain now!?!

Too many sit-ups? I have ab pain now!?

Just recently I went to the gym to work out like I always do, but my friend and I decide to work on abs and we did sit ups on this inclined stool. I kept going until it started to hurt pretty bad, then I could barely get my self up but I kept going and my friend started to laugh and so did I... Basically, when all was said and done, nothing felt bad, but the next day my abs tightened really badly. Now, I can't stand up straight or it hurts my abs pretty badly.

Did I tear my adbomen muscles, and how can I cure this? o_0

It is impossible to do 1 sit up now.

It's killer pain, as if someone just kicked me in my balls or punched me in my stomache everytime I try to lay straight or stand up straight.


Answers:

You worked muscles that don't normally get worked. Try doing just a few today and then a few tomorrow as well, and before you know it, you'll have a six-pack.
