really bad stomach pains?!

Question: Really bad stomach pains?
I am 24 female married. I went to bed last Tuesday or Wednesday and got very severe stomach pains that i ended up doubling over in pain and could hardly breath coz it hurt so much. the pain was on and off for ages until i got to sleep. ever since i have been getting pains on and off all day long (not as sharp as that night mentioned above, but still really bad) and it comes along as soon as i get into bed when i try to get some sleep. does anyone no what might be causing it. the pain shoots straight though the whole of my stomach from side to side.
I dont no if its all related or if its something completly seperate but i seem to be having more viginal discharge aswell.
I suffer from back problems anyway as i have a crack in the lower part of my spine but i also seem to be getting more backache in the last few days aswell.
any help would be greatfully appriciated.

Answers:

You may need to go to a Doctor.. its better than any one on internet.
Its all related, our body is all related, or back hurts ..then we feel the knee pain!
Maybe your backache is also related to your stomach...
Drink hot drinks will never harm you like hot chocolate or even hot milk, try rubbing your back with olive oil. Eat honey continuously.. and most important visit a Doctor.
Get well soon! and never try a medicine without your Doc.knowing.

You mention that you are a married woman so pregnancy might need to be ruled out as does any ongoing problems with your spine.
You really need to to see your doctor and get yourself checked out.

According to a previous question you asked you are now around 24 weeks pregnant - see your doctor or midwife.

I wouldn't know about the back pains but for stomach pains it could be something you're eating that your body doesn't agree with or even mixes of foods together.
Have a look at some of the principles of "Ayur Veda" It's old Indian medicine, pre - chinese medicine.

this may be linked to smegma of the vagina

see a doctor

Your back pains are caused by pinched muscles in your back. Pinched muscles can press into the nerves, as they leave the spine, going to the stomach to cause it to release more gastric acid to cause that pain, it's burning your stomach lining, an ulcer in the making. When you lay down it changes the pressure points in the back so the muscles can touch the nerves at that point to cause the rest to happen. As the muscles can touch any of the nerves going to the organs you can have some pressure on the nerves to your ovaries, uterus or bladder as well that can have something to do with the discharge. Freeing up your back muscles will give you relief from the spine problem as well as these stomach pains. Here's how to free them up:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
