Trouble getting to sleep at night?!

Question: Trouble getting to sleep at night?
I have trouble getting to sleep at night, even when I'm exhausted all day long. Help?

Answers:

Are you physically active during the day at all?
If you're up all day, but hardly doing anything, then your body wants to get rid of that energy before sleeping. You may think you're tired at times, but if you get up and do something - exercise, or even just cleaning the house or grabbing a bok, etc - you'll find you awaken a bit...at least, I do.

Also, avoid things like watching tv before bed or listening to raucous music. It stimulates your brain and wakes you rather than lulls you to sleep. Soothing music is fine.
Don't think of all you might have to do the next day (errands and such) because that'll just stress you out and make it harder to sleep.
Fantasize! haha, I know, that sounds odd, but all this is stuff I've been told and it works for me (I'm a terrible sleeper) Fantasizing doesn't have to mean anything dirty though. I mean, if you're a comic geek, imagine yourself as a hero or something and create a story in your head about what you would be like. If you like books, try to imagine what in the plot would have changed if one element had been altered

Hope something in there helps....
