Do you know of some exercise for knees?


Answers:

Quadricep extensions (top of thigh) and hamstring (back of thigh) curls. The quads are some of the major supporters for the knee. The hamstring is the opposite of the quad. Working both will add strength to the knee region.

Be sure to work 2 seconds up and 4 seconds down. The resistance going back down is where you gain your strength. Don't whip up and down fast...you'll gain nothing. Good luck.
