Treatment for cuts inside mouth?
I have tiny cuts inside my mouth. I have braces so I'm pretty sure I got them when I was sleeping one night. I am using wax to help smoothen out where the braces come into contact with the cuts but they're in a spot where my teeth scrapes against it everytime I shut my mouth. It's already been three days (today is the 4th) so I was wondering if there is something I could do or some product I could use to help it heal more quickly. Would vaseline work or is that something that's not okay inside the mouth?

Rinse your mouth with salt water throught the day.
Or there is this herb called hierba buena, you can
usually get it in a grocery store. you just use a leaf
wet it a little then add some salt and put it on the cut
and yeah should be better after that.
After they are closed or whatever use wax.
