How long will I be hurting?

I just fell off my bike. I hit the curb. I have a headache because my head hit the ground, I had a helmet on. My knee also hit the ground and I have a minor scrape. I did fall on my left breast and now it's hurting like crazy. I move my arm and it hurts. Now my back is starting to hurt. I was able to to ride the rest of the way home. How long will I be hurting? Also will a bruise form on my breast?

I can't go to the doctor, I just lost my insurance and I won't ahve any insurance for the next 3 months.
