What is wrong with my hand?
Last night I tried to open a container and it was HARD to open so I tried really hard and my hand kind of "popped" when I was doing this and ever since my hand really hurts inbetween my middle and ring finger...hope that's enough details ...this ever happened to any of you?

If it's not swollen, you might have just sprained it.
