dan, i totally agree with you. but i was wondering specifically about krill oil. it has some other molecule attached to it that other omegas do not and it has an amazing effect of inflamation.

Actually, yes! I have had some great experiences with it, I work with parents that have children with ADD. supplementing your Omegas as well as a multi vitamin has allowed almost all the children to see symptoms dissipate. It is very exciting!
