How come after you eat your not supposed to go into the water??
jus wondring ive heard alot of it.. like my mom always yells at me cause she tells me to take a shower before we eat, but i always end up going after, she tells me its bad.. what happens. Also ive seen comericals on it tooo

Do you mean swimming pools? The reason for that isn't cramps which most people falsely believe, its because the excersise can cause you to vomit back up the food you ate and can be dangerous because when you're in the water you could asparate (throw it up into your lungs) and start actively drowning.
My guess about taking showers right after you eat would be that your stomach requires a lot of blood to digest your food and the hot water from the shower would cause the blood to leave your stomach and come to the surface of your skin (that's why your skin turns red) and you couldn't digest your food as well.
