Question: Why the hell do i feel funny?

i have no clue what's wrong but my legs arent wanting to move where i want them two. my head feels like someone jabbed a knife in my skull. i feel like i will puke. and i am just very uncoordinated today.

im not tired i've gotten plenty of sleep
