I have pain in the bottom of my my foot in the heel area...?
It is at it's worst after work (I work as a produce prep clerk a grocery store, Im ALWAYS standing).
Its worst on my left foot.
It hurts on the inside of my foot in the heel area. Its tender to touch.

I have treated mild plantar fasciitis with some simple exercises, but I don't want to diagnose you!
