Is this a bad sleeping pattern?!

Question: Is this a bad sleeping pattern?
I get up for school at 6:30am, get back at 3:00pm, eat relax and do homework go to sleep at 3:30 depending how tired I am or 5:00pm , then wake up at 9pm. Stay up till 3am then go to bed until 6:30am.
I heard that something happens in your body at 10pm and I'm wondering if that's true for me. I'm done growing too (told so by the doctors) and I'm a 7th grader. Is this a bad thing to do?

Answers:

There is nothing special about the time 10pm. I believe you are sleeping in the same style that Leonardo Da Vinci did.

here is an article about your sleeping habbits

It IS not very good do sleep like this; regulating your sleep is very important, especially for someone your age. It is best to just get sleep in one go (ex. don't sleep right after school; do it at 10pm, or something). When you sleep at different times, the total sleep you get is actually less than if you sleep the whole time through; the time it takes to get ready for bed, lay in bed, actually fall asleep, and get up would be a lot more if you had to go through the process more than once. Therefore, sleeping habits like this could be unhealthy to your body, and possibly cause problems when you grow older. There are actually more reasons (such as biological clock arguments), but it would take too long to explain all of the psychological problems. :P Anyways, I hope this answers your question.

You get about 8 hours on average. Sounds good to me.
